Our Terms and Conditions

Order Policy

  • Orders will be accepted and processed only upon realization of full subscription amount as quoted in our proforma /offering letter/quotation.
  • Libraries/Institutes are required to place the order on their letter head of the institute or by e-mail with proper ID and mailing address.
  • Journals issues/Print copies will be dispatched directly to the library address given by College/Institute.

Subscription Policy

National and International journals rates are fixed by the publishers and we charged subscription rates of all journals which is charged/fixed by the publishers every year. Rates are including publisher’s postal charges. No extra charges are included from our side. Subscription rates are changed/effective from September/October every year.

Conversion Rate/Exchange Rate

A 4 APPLE AGENCYis Approved Member of Good Office Committee (GOC) and therefore we apply foreign subscription by converted into Indian Rupees at the fixed by the GOC.

Payment Policy

  • Publishers required payment full in advance so that we also need the payment full in advance to fulfill publisher’s requirement.
  • Payment can be made by Demand Draft /Cheque, favoring A 4 APPLE AGENCY , payable at Mumbai.
  • Second option that you can remit the payment through Bank Transfer

Claim Handling / Missing Issues

We accept claim as per publishers’ policy. Your claim will be reached with us on time. We are trying to give 100% supply to our customers. In case of missing issues / non-commencement of issues, we effectively handle by sending claims to the publishers on time. For missing issues, if we are not able to provide/supply all the issues of periodicals/journals subscribed, we ready to refund proportionate amount of missing issues.
